(Art)kitecture = thing of the past?



I was looking for Frank Gehry's Interviews and notes when i stumbled across this video clip of Frank Gehry in the Simpsons' cartoon. Come to watching it, it's really hilarious and somehow reminds me of Jeffrey Ho back when i was doing my diploma

I clearly remembered how jeff describes his ideas by crushing a piece of paper and proclaimed that this is his masterpiece. He did not joke around and it is true he did this in his University.

But then again, people still does not really appreciate good piece of architecture. Perharps it's too complex for them. But i personally like Frank's work not because of his curves but his exploration of his sketches and the clever use of material.
