I was kinda half-hearted to watch the movie. One part of my mind is wanting to get off my school work and decided to retreat myself to a nice weekend and Movie sound great for a good weekend.
So Jay Chou's movie is perharps one of the agenda.
I had been hearing good stuffs and comments and i was like, "Jay Chou leh..."
I have been a great fan of his music. Who say guys are not included in his fan list?
But the past movies i seen in him that he really need more improvement in his acting skill. Like he keep slurping and mumbling in his dialogue and it can be quite irritating.
But however, i am still irritated by the starting part. He is still slurping, as usual and always loves to answer questions with short phrases.
The story goes like this...
High school student Lun, who studied in the school his father taught. Lun’s piano skill was above others. On the first day of school, while walking around the piano rooms, he heard an unknown and beautiful melody, played by Yu. From then on, the two were always together. However, Yu seemed mysterious and when Lu tried to get to know her more, she always brushed off his questions by saying that it was a secret.
There was a misunderstanding between the two of them, and subsequently Yu never came to school anymore. Lun was heartbroken. But the more he tried to find out, he realized that things were not as they seemed.
It was claimed to be his love story, although he denied it. But finally he revealed that it's adapted from his childhood memories.
It turns out there is a twist to the whole story and it's up to us, the viewers, determine the perspectives of the whole movie. How we judge the storyline. Is Yu Jay Chou's illusion, or the other way around?...
However, there is no such thing as a perfect plot. There is still mysterious loopholes. Well i guess its a secret.
